curd and honey

The Sri Lankan buffalo provides a creamy milk from which delicious curd is made.
The indigenous kithul palm, when tapped, exudes a rich syrup of honey.
The combination is known in Sinhala as Kiri Pani and in Tamil as Tayirum Teynum.
This most delightful of mixes is inseparable; you can't take one without the other.
So all must come into the mix, in order that we might co-exist in our tiny little world as brothers and sisters, in all our forms ans tribes.
